My name is Sandra Nogués. I am a Spanish and Catalan freelance translator. I graduated in Translation and Interpreting by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in 2012 and, in 2015, I completed the European Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Translation (METAV) in the same university.
I have specialised in audiovisual translation; videogames, software and website localisation; and also in subtitling and dubbing. I am knowledgeable about manga comic translation, Japanese culture and literature, and I have experience as an English and Japanese teacher, as well.
I am an avid reader and I have always been interested in the different cultures and languages of the world, which has finally driven me to become a translator and interpreter and be in contact with other cultures.
Please, consult the other sections of my website to know more about me and my services or contact me for any questions.
